What can I say about Jess... I have a 13-year-old chihuahua called Buddy, he is very particular and knows what he wants and who he likes. When I go away on holiday I know he would only be happy if someone was able to look after him in his own surroundings. That is very hard to find, as most offer boarding in the boarder’s home, or if they can pet sit they are booked up. Then along came Jess. I’ve been so impressed from our first interaction. What was apparent was how much she cares about animals, the qualifications she taken, the knowledge she has, and how she does everything to put the animals need first. We’ve done 2 walks together to get buddy used to her, now he sits and waits by the door excitedly waiting for his walk. She takes time to understand his routine, how he behaves in certain situations, any medical needs, what he eats, when, and adapts everything to ensure he’s safe, loved and looked after. I hate leaving buddy to go on holiday, but I’m so much more relaxed knowing he’s with Jess that I can enjoy my holiday. Highly recommended to anyone need a pet sitter/dog walker.

Here's my honest review - firstly, I'd like to point out I have a dog with sleep startle reflex, a sneaky cat, a fluffy bunny and a foot stomping rabbit. So, finding someone with the experience and confidence to deal with this menagerie of pets can be quite a challenge. Thankfully Jess was wholeheartedly up to the task. She kept us updated while we were away, took her time to get to know all the animals and their characters and nurtured them through the years first heatwave. So many things I was worried about, but all laid to rest with Jess's wonderful care. I'm booking her in for all our future planned trips and know I can actually relax and enjoy them knowing that all my fur babies are in excellent hands.
